I think failure does motivate us to succeed, but not everyone. Some people really get pushed down and won’t ever rethink trying again. If we can just support one another then maybe it’ll work!

Loved the video. Like Rich Schefren would say: “Do it wrong fast”.

How many failures did Edison experience before he saw, “the light”? Point being, he didn’t give up until he had a success!

Whenever we get failure, we should think about Edison, who failed numerous times before inventing bulb. Everytime we should face failure like him. Even I am failed several times in my life, but I never got discouraged by it. Still I am yet to taste my success, but I am sure one day I will definitely get it.

Great video. Failure is most definitely the key to success in the long term!

If we don’t try and fail we will never succeed.

Failure teaches you what works and what doesn’t. When you study the reasons for your failure and learn from it, you’ll find the key to your success.

I think the favourite comment I’ve ever heard is “Experience is something you only get when you fail!” I havent had my success yet but I have lots of experience :)

I have always maintained that there is little to be learned from your successes in life. We mostly learn from out mistakes or failures. As a manager of a young technical professional staff, I always tell them to make all the mistakes they wanted to, but to be sure their mistakes are unique. Meaning of course, that they should learn form each mistake and not make the same mistake twice.
